I have been impressed by Jef's heart for worship. For this reason the committee planning a men’s retreat for the ministry that I direct selected Jef as worship leader. He was sensitive to the theme of the speaker. He involved the worshipers. He led by example. By unanimous request, Jef was asked to return again to lead worship for the annual retreat.
